Stephen Davis
Chief Executive Officer, Chairman
Mr. Davis founded FREmedica in 2016. He is a co-founder of Waveforce Technologies, developer of the frequency technology employed by Fremedica. Prior to Fremedica and Waveforce, Mr. Davis served as CEO of Venture Development Canucks Inc., a private BC incorporated company engaged in global venture development and private capital investment. In 2006, he co founded Funding for Life Society, a charitable organization formed with the purpose of providing financial assistance to those who are in need of healthcare services not covered by the Canadian Universal Health Care Plan.
Nicole Sullivan

Nicole is an uncommonly savvy entrepreneur whose insights and abilities have mentored the success of several startups representing a wide range of market categories. Over 25 years in the retail and wholesale sectors she has combined her skill in maximizing corporate savings with the acute cultural sensitivity and communication tools essential to seeing a vision through. Her commitment to the complementary health arena includes the development and marketing of her own aromatherapy product line over a 14-year period.
Since joining Fremedica in 2017, Nicole has served in and supervised a number of roles, most recently as Vice President. In the words of Fremedica CEO Steven Davis, “Nicole has been key to our success in bringing WAVE 1 to market to defeat Lyme disease and she will be the backbone of our efforts to introduce our new NIKKI frequency wearable to the general wellness market.”
A passionate believer in “staying ahead of the curve,” Nicole remains a lifelong-learner, with Human Relations course certifications from Cornell in New York and other leading institutions in Scottsdale, Arizona, San Diego, California and Victoria British Columbia.

Hari Varshney
Chief Financial Officer, Corporate Secratary, and Director
Mr. Varshney has served FREmedica as a consultant since August 15, 2019. He assumed the role of CFO on January 15, 2022. A chartered Accountant since 1971, Mr. Varshney was elected a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in 2004. He obtained his B. Comm (1960) and M. Comm (1962) from Agra University in India. Since 1999, Mr. Varshney has focused on the capital markets as director and co-founder of Varshney Capital Corp., a merchant banking, venture capital and corporate advisory firm. He is currently a director and/or officer of several public companies listed on the TSXV. Mr. Varshney has been involved in a wide range of businesses including solar powered energy, mining, and technology. Mr. Varshney provides his services to Fremedica as an independent contractor
Brad Aelicks
Director
Serving as a Fremedica Director since September 3, 2019. Mr. Aelicks is the President and Director of Pyfera Growth Capital Corp., a private investment corporation investing in early stage technology companies. Mr. Aelicks has served as a director and officer with several public companies from 1987 to 2011 and has been involved in numerous mergers and acquisitions on both the Toronto Stock Exchange and the TSXV. In 2003, he co-founded B&D Capital Partners, a consulting firm assisting public companies in capital raising and investor networking. Mr. Aelicks is a director and advisor for a wide range of companies engaged in initiatives from pre-fabricated homes to metal recovery, cannabis and on-line gaming.
Dr. Keith Pyne
Director
Dr. Pyne has served as a Director of FREmedica since August 15, 2019. As a licensed chiropractor with a private practice in New York City, he acts as medical advisor to a number of championship-winning professional sports organizations. Dr. Pyne is renowned as a rehabilitation specialist accelerating injury recovery and mentoring peak performance achievement for professional and Olympic athletes and Fortune 2000 executives around the world. As Chairman of the Medical Board of the Washington Nationals baseball team, he pioneered a proactive medical analytic/data model for injury prevention. In his role as medical analytics performance advisor for the NY Islanders, Dr. Pyne is responsible for player treatment and staff education.

Dr. Leigh-Erin Connealy, MD
Dr. Connealy is a prominent leader in the Integrative and Functional Medicine medical field. She is the Medical Director of two clinics that comprise become the largest Integrative Medical facility in North America; visited by over 47,000 patients from all over the world.
Dr. Christine Schaffner
Dr. Schaffner is a board-certified Naturopathic Doctor who has helped thousands recover from chronic or complex illnesses. She has established a global network of partnerships and working relationships with practitioners committed to treating persistent Lyme disease.
Dr. Robert Cass
As a Naturopathic Physician, Dr. Cass is a highly successful clinician, Master Formulator, alchemist, researcher and educator with 47 years in the field of Advanced Clinical BioEnergetic Medicine.
Scott Forsgren, FDN-P
For much of his life, Scott suffered from chronic Lyme disease that eluded diagnosis and defied a cure. On the long self-driven road to recovery he learned valuable lessons that he felt compelled to pass along.
Sonya Christie
Sonya’s winding career path has taken her from a BSc in Forestry to a 17 year career on stage and screen, earning many accolades and awards. After getting married and having a child, Sonya’s interests turned to health and holistic healing. Armed with a Holistic Diploma she has started practicing Auricular Therapy, bringing old learning and discoveries to a new approach to healing.

Linda Fontana
Since 1988, Linda’s career path has taken her to a wide array of occupations in Canada and the United States. She has been a business owner, consultant, speaker and business training development and recruitment specialist. Married with a daughter, she lost her 38 year-old husband Brian to ALS in 2003. Linda became inspired to help those with ALS lead better and more meaningful lives and ultimately find a cure. As a passionate wellness advocate, Linda is a welcome addition to the FREmedica advisory board and a worthy representative of our corporate and personal values.
Dale MacClean
Dale is a strategic, innovative and results-driven leader with a track record of optimizing shareholder value. As CEO of Tree Island Steel he guided a 78% growth from $132 million to $235 million. Dale understands and works effectively with regulators, boards, Investment communities, elected Officials, community leaders, First Nations Leaders, labour leaders and the Media. He brings proven expertise in growing and running medium-large, complex, international businesses. Dale’s experience in commercial and operational transactions and business management throughout North America, Asia and the Pacific Rim will factor in establishing and growing the Fremedica global market.
Dr. Clayton Roach
Dr. Clayton Roach has been a chiropractor since 2005. He runs a very successful clinic in Halifax, Nova Scotia. He has taken extensive training in functional neurology, soft tissue and in various different chiropractic techniques. He helped co-found a data driven, injury prevention company that focuses on increasing performance in athletes and the general population. As a private investor, his focus is on investing in companies that are innovative, forward thinking with hopes of creating a positive impact on humanity and the health of everyone.
Mark Stock
Mark Stock is the President of Lifespan Medical – a preventative medicine company focused on utilizing the latest medical and diagnostic advancements for early detection of health issues in patients. Prior to founding Lifespan, Mr. Stock spent over 25 years in public company executive roles working internationally and domestically. Most recently, he was the Senior Vice President of Human Resources and IT at Interfor Corporation. He was Board Chair of BCRTC (Skytrain and West Coast Express) and Board Chair of Vancouver Community College. Mr. Stock completed a Master’s Degree in Human Resources and a Bachelor of Commerce – both from Queen’s University.
Dr. Jason Dean
Dr. Dean focuses on reversing chronic health issues using whole food nutrition and Quantum Nutrition Testing to achieve remarkable health outcomes. His initiatives include BraveTV.com and Revolution Health; online advocacies for personal engagement in health and well-being. His podcast devoted to state-of-the-art health knowledge has generated over 15 million views.
Dr. Dean’s journey into natural health care was prompted by severe health issues, including anxiety. His wife Dr. Lisa Palmer introduced him to a health regimen centered on diet, nutrition, supplements, and chiropractic care which ultimately saved his life and fuelled his passion for natural health care. Dr. Dean’s professional background includes working with Pinnacle Systems Team Sports and XOS Technologies and collaborating with the NFL, MLB, NHL, NBA, NASCAR, PGA Tour, and USTA. He was first to introduce Cellcore products and protocols to the public.
Dr. Dean continues to inspire and educate, fostering a healthier, more informed world.
